LINDSEY VOGELAAR AND COSTAS SIVYLLIS MEMORIAL FUND

Honoring their love of travel.

The Lindsey Vogelaar and Costas Sivyllis Memorial Fund is a non-profit organization set up by Lindsey’s sister, Courtney McKeever, to honor and cherish the memories of Lindsey and Costas. The organization will provide an all-expenses paid vacation for a family who lost a loved one or loved ones, in addition to basic necessities the family might need.

Lindsey Vogelaar, a native from Jenison Michigan, loved traveling and became a United Airlines flight attendant in 2015. While on a layover, she met her husband Costas Sivyllis, a pilot for United Airlines. The couple got married in Telluride Colorado on October 1st, 2020. Four days after getting married, they boarded their Beachcraft Bonanza named “Baby Blue”, and were heading back home. Their plane suddenly crashed just 8 minutes after taking off.

Lindsey and Costas loved nothing more than to travel the world and experience new places together. Our hope is that we can carry on their legacy and help aid in healing for families that have also experienced loss by providing unforgettable adventures.
